Facility Proceedures

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

Rental Prices are based per night and vary according to the building desired.

(Check-in is after 4pm and Check-out by 1pm.)

GROUPS USING CHC MUST PROVIDE A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE

*Groups using Camp Holy Cross must provide a certificate of insurance which provides a binder naming The Diocese of Springfield as an additional insured with a policy minimum of $1,000,000.00.

Group Pricing

  • 1

    Reserve Specific Spaces

    Partial camp rentals are available – rent by area or building.  Cost is per night per unit.  Prices Listed Above.

  • Lower Campus

    Reserve all spaces except Lodge and Family Suite.  $1300 / per night  (12 Cabins, 2 cottages, dining hall, Chapel, Waterfront, Gym, Gameroom and field use.  Bathroom building & hot water showers.)  Insurance required.

  • Entire Facility

    Reserve all spaces which includes both upper and lower campus.  $1675 / per night.   All elements listed in lower campus with the addition of Lodge and Family Suite.  Insurance required. 

  • Flexible Rental Options

    We will work with you to plan your special event at Camp Holy Cross.     Dining Hall accomodates 150.  Full commercial kitchen, refrigeration and freezers.  $250 / per night.  Other fees and rentals will be determined by use.
